Shipping Policy
- After you place an order, items will be shipped out within the expected date range from 5 to 14 working days depending on the item purchased.
- For deliveries in west Malaysia, the estimated shipping time is 2-5 working days and shipping fees is RM50.00 (for chairs). For deliveries in east Malaysia, the estimated shipping time is 7-14 working days and shipping fees involved will be manually communicated by phone.
- For international shipping to Singapore especially, the estimated shipping time is 7-14 working days, it may take up to 17% based on your total invoicing value together with RM 100 custom form fee.
Due to FMCO, there are some changes.
1. With regards to FMCO, only essential industries are allowed to operate and our factory is forced to cease operation. Hence, existing orders are put on hold and will be delayed until further notice given by the government. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
2. With regards to CMCO, you may not be able to receive your orders by the stipulated timing given before due to the following reasons :
a. Our operating capacity has been reduced by 30%.
b. Delivery service restrictions
An estimation of lead time for these areas are :
West Malaysia - 1 week
East Malaysia - 2-3 weeks
We kindly seek for your understanding and patience during this period.
Return & Replacement Policy
Once our products are sold, it’s not cash refundable. However, you will get another replacement by showing us the defect part within 7 days after the date of delivery. You can reach us at:
